New Beginners Course in Hypopressives Exercises
Starts Wednesday May 6th
Location: In person in the Hope Bowdler Studio, nr Church Stretton OR Live Online: 5.30-6.30PM (6 sessions)
Duration: 11 weeks total; 6 of these weeks are teaching sessions, the remaining weeks will be home practice

This detailed course will give you all that you need in order to learn the fundamentals of Hypopressives at Level 1/Beginners. The course includes the precise teaching of the specific breath work, the fundamental sequence plus some advanced poses as the course progresses.
Recordings of our teaching sessions will be made available.
The course will include full printable support material throughout and exclusive access to the Hypopressives practice videos.
Also included is our Habit Formation Course, tips on how to look after your Bladder and Bowel, plus access to our On Demand collection of 200+ classes including our new Pilates for Beginners Course.
