Recognising that individual needs vary, we provide modifications and challenges to movements where possible, to ensure that each client gets the maximum benefit from their class experience.
Our classes welcome both men and women aged 18 and above. We offer group classes in-person within the community, as well as online.
We welcome clients at all stages of life, including those with conditions, injuries, pre- and post-surgery needs, and pregnancy.
Private Pilates Matwork and Reformer sessions are available at my studio and this may suit you best for various purposes:
Most private sessions will include Pilates Mat Work and Reformer.
We offer Pilates Beginners Courses twice a year. These courses are taught online in a very small group environment, with live, detailed and interactive teaching, including alignment and posture checks.
If you prefer to learn the basics of Pilates 1-1 at the studio, I can teach you the foundations to enable you to either join a class or to continue your path through 1-1s. Either way you will gain confidence and understand what you are doing and why!
Booking is essential for all classes. Our class schedule runs from Monday to Friday throughout the year including the summer months, with a few breaks along the way.
