Join me for a regular Hypopressives Class to continue to progress with this technique and its benefits. Classes are taught live online and recordings are sent out too. This means that you can still take the class even if you can’t make the timings.
Class content:
Each fortnights class will offer a variation on the week before; changing the focus or the muscles that we use, sometimes playing with the breathwork too. You then apply this sequence daily as your practice for the following two weeks, until our next class.
Classes will include stronger postures; moving postures, staggered positions, assymmetrical and rotational postures – with all the movements specifically designed to further strengthen the core, the diaphragm and pelvic floor muscles in different positions, continuing to improve the resting tone of the pelvic floor, deep abdominals and your breathing muscle, the diaphragm.
Alongside these incredible benefits, your body as a whole, will also be challenged through the Hypopressives exercises progressions and breathing, to become stronger and more stable.
The classes will help to motivate and inspire you to keep with your practice.
You need to have completed a Hypopressives Beginners Course to join these classes.
When:
Mondays at 9-9.30AM each fortnight
Mondays at 5-5.30PM each fortnight

You can book a “single” class or you can book to attend the fortnightly classes using the package. The latter will automatically book you in to classes fortnightly.
