I’m Wendy Joelson, a fully qualified Professional Pilates and Hypopressives Instructor and Business Founder and I’ve been teaching and working with clients for over 18 years.
Hosting annual Day Retreats over the past 10 years has been a lot of fun and extremely rewarding. My Day Retreats have structure but I always allow time and space so that guests can take time out and relax.
Our Wellbeing Days or Retreats include around 3 classes usually taken by me and may include Pilates, Hypopressives, Myofascial Release and Yin – all my health passions wrapped up in one day!
Additionally, I like to bring in a guest speaker – more recently we have enjoyed the company of a Nutritionist who has guided us through the complex subject of food!
These days are an opportunity to unplug from life, to try some new things and to share the day with guests who are like-minded in a very relaxed space.
